What counts as a product?
One product you sell, counted once however many marketplaces it's on. If you go over your plan, the extra products are still listed but their competitor detail is hidden until you upgrade.
How do extra marketplaces work?
Every plan includes one marketplace. Each extra one is 40% of your plan price. Once a marketplace is live it uses that slot, so to sell on another one you add a marketplace rather than swap.
How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with 14 days of Growth, with no card needed. Pick a plan any time. If you don't, scanning pauses at the end of the trial until you do.
Does PriceSynergy change my prices?
Only if you want it to. It shows the price to set and why. On Growth and Scale you can send approved prices to Mirakl, and every one is checked against your min, max and break-even first.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
Yes. Pay by card through Stripe, or set up a Direct Debit with GoCardless. You get a VAT invoice for every payment.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which we add at the standard UK rate.
